MISSIONS<\/h3>\n\n- Sourcing of vendors depending on project size, specificities and location<\/li>\n
- Organise vendors PQ (Pre-Qualification)<\/li>\n
- Prepare ITB (Information To Bidders) for bidding purposes<\/li>\n
- Work responsible for quantity take-off from tender drawings and cross-check the tenderer\u2019s quantity<\/li>\n
- Work responsible for compliances of all sub-contractors, supplier\u2019s offers<\/li>\n
- Do analyze, evaluate, and negotiate the best offer with sub-contractors and suppliers<\/li>\n
- Prepare the contracts for approval<\/li>\n
- Create and maintain good relationships with sub-contractor\/suppliers<\/li>\n
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.<\/li>\n
- Work with team members and line manager to complete duties as needed.<\/li>\n
- Contact and follow up with sub-contractors\/suppliers for a good execution of the contract signed<\/li>\n
- Control works quality and time schedules within the group<\/li>\n
- Manage that commercial management tools, reports, processes, and procedures are used in accordance with IDEC Group standards<\/li>\n
- Manage recommendation of the appointment of tenderers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES<\/h3>\n\n- Degree qualified in CSA Engineering.<\/li>\n
- Years of experience: Minimum of 5 Years Post Graduate Experience;<\/li>\n
- Previous experience working of procurement in construction industry (main contractor)<\/li>\n
- Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n
