This progress marks the project\u2019s transition into its fully operational phase and confirms its structuring role in the logistics and industrial development of Andalusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by GROUPE IDEC through its subsidiary IDEC GROUP SPAIN, the project is gradually establishing itself as one of the future benchmark logistics hubs in Southern Europe, thanks to its strategic location and multimodal connectivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The arrival of Ontime and Dia confirms the site\u2019s attractiveness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new phase is accompanied by the establishment of two major players in the sector: Ontime, a leading Spanish logistics operator, and Dia, a food retail group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These two projects send a strong signal to the market and confirm the attractiveness of the Antequera Dry Port for both national and international stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also contribute to the overall momentum of the park by generating a ripple effect, attracting new companies to the site, whether large corporations or regional players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A structuring project for the Andalusian territory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This important milestone has been highlighted by the regional press, underlining the role of the Antequera Dry Port as a driver of economic and logistics transformation in Andalusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project also benefits from the support and interest of institutional and economic stakeholders in the region, illustrating its strategic importance for regional development and local value creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A strong on-site presence from IDEC GROUP SPAIN teams<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion, the IDEC GROUP SPAIN teams were present on site, with the participation of Ma\u00eft\u00e9 Palomino and Carlos G\u00f3mez, along with representatives from DUNAS CAPITAL, alongside operators Ontime and Dia, and accompanied by local and regional institutional representatives such as Rocio Diaz and Carolina Espa\u00f1a, Ministers of Public Works and Economy respectively of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This presence reflects the teams\u2019 ongoing commitment to monitoring and developing the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A logistics hub at the heart of European flows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the province of M\u00e1laga, the Antequera Dry Port benefits from an outstanding strategic position at the crossroads of the main transport routes of the Iberian Peninsula.
