MISSIONS

The Planning Manager will report to the Business Manager, and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. On the basis of identified land, carry out a technical, graphic, environmental, legal and financial feasibility study so that management can decide whether or not to launch the operation.
  2. Respond to calls for tender from developers and/or public or private promoters.

TASKS

  • Carry out preliminary environmental studies (flora and fauna, water law, impact study, etc.) Qualify the initial status of land (urban planning, environment, pollution, etc.)
  • Draw up graphic feasibility studies with architects/engineers
  • Carry out studies for park development (subdivision, creation, etc.)
  • Coordinate and monitor design offices for the ESPECIAL plan (Urbanization)
  • Monitor obtaining of ESPECIAL (Urbanization) plan
  • Establish pre-planning studies
  • Carry out preliminary technical studies (soil, pollution, topography, etc.) required at this stage of the project.
  • Manage relations with local authorities, their advisors and property owners in general
  • Prepare development and promotion budgets
  • Draw up land purchase agreements with our notaries
  • Coordinate and monitor land purchases (signature of promises, signature of final deeds with lawyer and/or notary, monitoring registration with the land registry and property register, all formalities).
  • Coordinate with the Program Department
  • Respond to calls for tenders from developers by defining the teams to be put in place and drawing up the application and/or tender documents within the given timeframe.
  • Launch design offices for the development tender and monitor the tender process.
  • Monitor budgets, costs and balance sheets
  • Monitor the construction file with the BETs (execution monitoring)
  • Provide building plots for the PROMOTION department

PROFILE

Ideally, you have a degree (Bac +5) in urban planning, the environment, regional development, public works engineering or law.
You have significant experience in project management within a developer, architectural or urban planning firm, or a consultancy specializing in the environment or local authorities.
Rigorous and a real hands-on person, you are recognized for your project management and interpersonal skills.
You are fluent in Spanish and French.
