CONTEXT

MISSIONS

The Development Manager will report to the Business Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Work with the Sales and Marketing & Communication team based in France.
2. Define and implement a sales action plan to market all existing and future parks.
3. Find land to develop IDEC IBERICA’s business.
4. Define and implement communication and marketing tools adapted to its developments.

TASKS

• Definition of the development strategy, ensuring implementation of the chosen assembly solutions,
• Prospecting and detecting prospects/customers
• Definition of customer requirements
• Definition and validation of feasibility studies,
• Financial, legal and technical structuring of real estate operations, with the support of program managers,
• Sale and completion of operations covered by development contracts,
• Responsibility for the financial balance sheet, negotiation and conclusion of the necessary contracts, monitoring their proper execution, and the financial results set at the launch of each operation,
• Signing marketing mandates with real estate agents,
• Participation in company sales events
• Development and detection of new properties,
• Implementation of communication tools in conjunction with the IDEC Group communications department (newsletters, events, trade shows, applications, brochures, signage, etc.),
• Implementation of marketing tools in conjunction with the IDEC Group marketing department (social networks, media plan, press, website, Excense application, etc.).
• Management of Program / Development Managers.

PROFILE

You have a 5-year degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in construction, urban planning or regional development.
You have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar position in commercial or industrial real estate.
Curious and keen to take on new challenges, you’re known for your legendary responsiveness!
As a real player in the field, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt your approach to the different people you deal with.
You are fluent in Spanish and French.
