A first phase
of 37 hectares developed
The IDEC GROUP IBERICA teams have completed the development of the first phase of this park. Several access points have been created, such as an interchange capable of absorbing the future road traffic of the entire park, several engineering structures to cross the waterways and railways. A railway terminal connected to the national network, an electrical substation, a wastewater treatment plant, a waste disposal site, the sanitation and water supply networks, as well as several lots intended for public and private services complete this program.
The first program launched:
DRY LOGISTIC 40
The DRY LOGISTIC 40 project is presented as a 42,000 m² logistics platform divisible into two zones of 21,000 m² each. Benefiting from the highest environmental, quality and safety standards, this program aiming for BREAAM Level Excellent certification will offer a ground load of 5 tonnes/m², a clear height of 12 meters, tertiary spaces on three levels, a concrete structure, 44 platforms, a reinforced roadway and a fire system meeting NFPA standards as well as several lots intended for interservice centers that complete this program.
A low-carbon
energy approach
The teams of IDEC GROUP IBERICA and their partners have imagined the Puerto Seco de Antequera park as a showcase on the energy side. Through the implementation of a varied and complementary energy mix, this new logistics, industrial and service zone will offer an innovative approach promoting the pooling of locally produced energy between the different users of the park. The surplus energy will be used to produce green hydrogen.
