MISSIONS

Reporting to the Business Director, the Program Manager’s role is to manage logistics, office and business real estate programs, from the signature of the land contract through to delivery and completion, guaranteeing product quality, deadlines, quality and budget.
Your responsibilities will include :
– Participate in the drafting of VEFA (sale before completion) and lease agreements,
– Help define project strategy, optimize feasibility, define specifications,
– Launch pre-studies (geotechnical, pollution, survey, environmental, urban planning, etc.).
– Follow up and arrange for administrative formalities and pre-studies, declarations, authorizations and permits with local authorities, file and analyze documents with the notary, PCM, preventive injunctions,
– Check notarial documents,
– Manage concessionaires,
– Coordinate and supervise the actions of the various partners, in particular the architect, the BET and the project management (validate the plans, the Permis de Construire (PC) file, the activity file and particularly monitor the work costs),
– Draw up pre-balances and prepare committee files by establishing pre-costings,
– Accompany the Sales Manager/Developer to customer meetings,
– Set up banking files and ensure land and VEFA acquisition procedures,
– Monitor site preparation and declare the start of construction,
– Monthly monitoring of the financial balance sheet and cash flow planning according to the progress of the project and marketing, construction contingencies and customer calls for funds,
– Ensure that the project is progressing smoothly, take part in the Pre-Acceptance Operations (OPR) and delivery, check the quality and conformity of the work, and complete the administrative closing of the project.
– Guarantees, for all these operations, the financial balance sheet, the negotiation and conclusion of all necessary contracts, the monitoring of their proper execution and the financial results set at the launch of each program.
– Close the operation’s accounts.
– Remain the customer’s privileged contact until delivery of the building.

 

SKILLS/PROFILE

Ideally trained as a construction or real estate engineer.

You are recognized for your rigorous project management skills, your interpersonal skills and your ability to make proposals.

You are recognized for being organized and perceptive.

Curious and keen to take on new challenges, you’re known for your legendary responsiveness!

You are fluent in Spanish and French.
