On February 25, 2025, Horizon Park had the pleasure of hosting the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Vietnam (CCIFV) and several companies for an exclusive visit to our logistic site. This event, jointly organized by IDEC GROUP ASIA VIETNAM and CCIFV, gave participants the opportunity to discover the progress of the real estate project and cutting-edge infrastructures dedicated to industry and logistics.
An Event Focused on Networking and Innovation
Starting at 8:30 AM, guests were picked up from the CCIFV office in Hanoi to join Horizon Park, located in the Bac Ninh province. After a warm welcome, the visit began with a presentation of the site and its infrastructures. This was an excellent opportunity to discuss the strategic challenges of industrial and logistics development in Vietnam and the innovative solutions provided by IDEC GROUP ASIA VIETNAM (GROUPE IDEC INTERNATIONAL) to support industrial and logistics companies in their setup.
A Real Estate Project in Full Expansion
With a total area of 12 hectares, Horizon Park is a site designed to meet the growing needs of industrial and logistics businesses. It offers modern and flexible infrastructures, tailored to international standards.
🔹 Building 1: 20,000 m² of operational industrial space, offering turnkey solutions for businesses.
🔹 Building 2: A new phase of development with 14,000 m² planned, with construction starting in the coming weeks, and expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.
Visitors were able to explore Building 1, which is already operational, and learn about the upcoming commencement of construction for Building 2. This new phase of development will further enhance the infrastructure offering for industry and logistics stakeholders in Vietnam.
A Moment for Networking and Perspectives
Beyond the site tour, this meeting allowed participants to strengthen their professional networks, discuss growth opportunities, and gain a better understanding of the industrial and logistics market dynamics in Vietnam.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to CCIFV for this collaboration, and to all the participants for their interest and engagement. A special thank you to MLR-Constantin, the event sponsor, for their valuable support.
We are delighted to see that the Horizon Park real estate project is playing a key role in the industrial and logistics development of Vietnam, and we look forward to continuing this dynamic with our partners.
