This project, which is key to the growth and development of the region, represents a new milestone for the logistics park.

Construction works, already underway with the initial earthworks, are progressing in line with the planned schedule. Project completion is expected in June 2027, with the asset scheduled to become operational in the second half of the same year. This progress was highlighted during the institutional visit on April 9 by Carolina España and Rocío Díaz, Regional Ministers of Economy and Finance, and Public Works respectively, of the Junta de Andalucía.

The upcoming arrival of Ontime, along with other local operators currently in the contracting phase, will further strengthen the positioning of Puerto Seco de Antequera as a strategic logistics hub and a key gateway for southern Europe.

This transaction confirms the dynamism of the Spanish logistics market and the growing attractiveness of Antequera, supported by high-quality transport infrastructure and strong national and international connectivity.

It also marks the beginning of a new development phase for the park and its future projects.

A strategic hub at the heart of southern Europe

The location of Puerto Seco de Antequera at the intersection of the main road and rail corridors in Andalusia gives it a unique competitive advantage to serve Iberian, Mediterranean, and North African markets. This agreement highlights the park’s ability to attract leading operators and to deliver logistics real estate solutions tailored to the needs of major distribution and supply chain players.

The institutional visit by Carolina España and Rocío Díaz also underscores the importance that the Andalusian authorities place on the development of the park and its role in the regional logistics strategy. Further announcements are expected in the coming months, confirming the growth trajectory of Puerto Seco de Antequera as one of the leading logistics platforms in southern Europe.
